  HORRIBLE SERVICE - FACT 78% of customers ended a business relationship due to bad cus. service. I have been a customer for two years until TODAY!!! My Mileage survey was not completed in time so it doubled my insurance rate, I was assured that I had time to revise this but as I called in every day no one could tell me my new rate. As a matter of fact a very rude lady named Candice Martin (guessing there's some relation to Yancy Martin) suggested that my business didn't matter when all I wanted to know was my rate. AAA here I come.
